Why does the project suddenly not print or email documents sent to it?
This can be caused by many different things. However, 90% of the time this will be caused by the input file changing in some way that means the logic in the workflow settings will not be valid.
Eg. a client sent a large batch of documents to the Docform printer. 500 documents in, the printer stopped and ignored the final 200 documents. First thing I checked was the temporary Docform Archive. On a standard, Next-Next-Finish install, this can be found at
C:\Program Files (x86)\Prism Software\DocForm 5\Archive\"Docform Project Name"
If you know the page that Docform stopped on
1. Add the archive file to the Docform project
2. Skip to the to the problem page
3. check the for any changes in input
4. make changes to incorporate for any mistakes
