If you receive an All Licenses in use error when launching FileDirector, this means you will need to wait for the timeout – usually 20 minutes or reset IIS. To reset IIS , from the server, click Start, Run, IISRESET – this refreshes the IIS web server.
If this message is persistent then you have a licensing issue. This would typically be you are trying to login under a named license and all of the named licenses have been assigned.
